State allows 6 day race schedule at Atlantic City Race Course ... But, 
no money from the state is awarded.

The ACRC had wanted a 20 day race schedule and money from the state to 
be able to offer richer purses, in order to attract better caliber 
horses.

This isn't a total loss since they'll be able to continue to operate, 
but it is a loss in the end.

Its ashame that other race courses continue to be bailed out by the 
state, but nothing for Atlantic City.
