PLACES "BADER FIELD" BILL ON HOLD
HarryHurley.com has learned and confirmed
that the Democrats in Trenton want even stronger
language to direct that this legislation would only
apply to Atlantic City.
This of course,
proves our point all along that this Jim Whelan bill is
a thinly disguised attack against only Atlantic City.
Several
prominent legislatures have consistently maintained that
this legislation was never meant to single out just
Atlantic City.
The truth has
become self evident ... That's exactly what this bogus
bill does.
This is an
assault against local home rule. And, now the NJ
Assembly has removed any and all doubt that this is a
political move against Atlantic City ... designed to
give the state control over Atlantic City's Bader Field
and it's $ 1-billion-plus worth.
