Atlantic City Hall employee shot in Busby Village section of Atlantic 
City, this hour.

As I write this, chest compressions are being performed on victim.

Victim was shot multiple times in the abdomen and neck areas.

Sources tell Harry Hurley that the Victim is Marcus Hayes. Police know 
who the shooter is.
