Atlantic City Assistant Superintendent of
Student Services, Mel Clarke was served today
with official tenure charges. If approved by the
Board of Education, he will be suspended for 4
months, without pay.
If
it's not adjudicated by the courts within 4
months time, Clarke would return to work, at
his previous salary, pending the outcome of the
tenure charges.
