It all began at approximately 5:30am this morning.

It has been confirmed by a neighbor that three individuals are 
involved. That they pulled a gun on a neighbor and that it has 
escalated.

The police are evacuating neighboring families in the Lafatette and 
Calvert Avenue areas of Ventnor.
