Malamut’s Fitness Challenge
The weather is getting warmer and your New Year’s Resolution
is still unfulfilled. It is time to get serious about losing
that weight. If you haven’t found the right motivation to
get yourself to the gym, look no further. Achieve your goals
and win some money!
“Get Into the ‘Speedo’ Contest”
I invite you or any overweight person you know and love to
join my “Get Into The ‘Speedo’ Contest.” Beginning with the
Official Weigh-In and lasting for only eight weeks, you will
compete against me and many others to see who is the
“Biggest Weight % Loser.” |

Rules of the Contest:
1. Official Weigh-In will take place on Thursday May 1st or
Friday May 2nd at Atlantic Coast Mortgage, between 9:00 a.m.
and 6:00 p.m. Eat well until then!
2. At the time of your weigh-in, you must pay the entry fee:
$200 ( a modest average of $25/week where a football team
does not control your fate).
3. Final Weigh-In is Thurs., June 26th or Fri., June 27th at
Atlantic Coast Mortgage, between 9:00 a.m and 6:00 p.m.
4. Winners will be determined by the percentage of weight
lost from the starting weight, not by total pounds lost.
5. The amount of money you can win will be determined by the
number of entrants.
6. A Celebratory Dinner will be held Monday, June 30th at a
location TBD. Dinner will be paid for with contest proceeds.
The balance of the proceeds will be shared as follows:
60% for 1st place
30% for 2nd place
10% for 3rd place
7. The person who gains the largest percentage of weight
during these 8 weeks will be awarded a $25 Dunkin’ Donuts
gift card.
Note: Applicants that weigh over 300 lbs, please call
for specific weigh-in instructions.
All contestants’ weights will be held
confidential.
