"Hurley in the Morning"
Golf Open
Thanks to our great region, last year we
were able to net $ 24,000 for:
The
Hero Campaign for Designated Drivers
The
Joan Fineran Nursing Scholarship Fund
The
Stanley Holmes Village Work Team
And, because of The O'Boyle Family ... This
year we will be able to make sizeable
donations to at least four worthy groups.
The Martin & Sheila O'Boyle 2nd
Annual "Hurley in the Morning" Golf
Open is set for Friday, June 19,
2009 at The Mays Landing Golf & Country
Club.
The
event will feature 8:00 a.m.
breakfast/registration. 9:00 a.m. Shotgun
start (Scramble foursome) format.
We
will also have a great lunch/awards ceremony
together following the golf tournament.
We
will also have an even bigger "Silent
Auction" this year!
I
will again be broadcasting the "Hurley
in the Morning" radio program
on WIBG 1020 Radio live
from the Mays Landing Golf & Country Club
from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at our event.
We have set a goal of $ 30,000 in
net proceeds for our June 19, 2009 charity
event.
Because of The O'Boyle Family and their most
generous $ 10,000 contribution ... we are
well on our way.
